I am a guy. Enjoy following 10 minute arms no weights and 10 minute abs on back. I rotate these every other day . I also do some aerobics. I can feel my core getting stronger. Wow. Thank you. I think these videos are perfect for those over 50.

WOW! I'm doing the 14 day challenge, and I have to say this video really, really challenged this 72 year old. I could only do about the first 10 to 15 seconds of most of these, but I'm so proud of myself that I didn't give up. Guess I really need to work on my abs. I've been doing your walking workouts for about a month and your uplifting words help me so much in these days of quarantine. I live alone and so I'm starting to feel pretty isolated. I talk to my family on the phone, but it's not the same. Thank you so much!

I do this every day and the arms too. 20 mins each day of gentle exercise. At 57 i'm getting definition in my abs.

This was a strenuous and wonderful workout. I noticed it in the core, but also legs and lower back! For any other readers with lower back issues, ladies this is very do-able! Some really new moves for me, and Ive tried a lot of things. I am not in particularly good shape =(but trying to get there!), and this was quite challenging without being painful. Leg lifts can often tug on the lower back, but these are different and I felt my back was safe-but challenged. It goes into my *daily ex* playlist!! Thank you Schellea.
