Tried a lot of ab workouts and this one is my favorite! No planks, no jumps, big boob friendly :)). Burns your core like hell but doesnt leave you breathless. Most of the time I dont even realize that I made it to the end!! Definitely recommend.

This is a great workout. I like that there’s enough time between sets to really get proper form ready for the next move. And that each exercise is done for a longer period. Some an workouts I’ve found switch between moves so quick you don’t get a change to get good form and get a good burn before your rushing to the next move. So thankyou!

Thank you! One of my arm was plastered from wrist to shoulder, but didn't want to stop doing workouts. I've been doing these (some of them with modification) recently and really liked it!

2. lets you breath throughout the workout (I also like that you added rests)

If I may, I just wish you gave more reminders about caring for the neck, lower back and etc., I tend to concentrate too much on the abs and forget the rest :S
