I love that you don’t shame us into doing things we can’t do. Saying it’s fine to modify and to take breaks. This way I feel like I can continue to do these workouts regularly.

I have NEVER been so happy to see bicycle crunches and hip dips in my life. ANYTHING to give me an excuse to drop to the floor. This is going in my faves list❤️😭🥵

I did not think this workout would be hard at all since it was only about 25 minutes, but by the end of it I was able to "gel" my hair back from my own sweat! Boy was I really surprised

I LOVED this type of layout!! It went by so fast because I wasn't counting how many sets/groups I had left. Of course that doesn't mean I don't enjoy your other workouts but this is def a nice change of pace. Hope to see more of these! THANK YOU KELLI AND DANIEL!

Have done so many Fitness Blender workouts. They are all amazing but if I had to pick my favorite, it's the workouts for "people who get bored easily." I love the mix-up and, mentally, I feel it's easier to push through the workout knowing I'm only doing one set of a particular exercise. The pendulum leg swings and warrior pose were excellent in the mix and provided breaks from the more cardio-intense sets while providing their own level of difficulty. Excellent mix!! Thank you!

Please do more of these! fast becoming my fave workout - you literally feel like you've worked every muscle group and 25 mins is so do-able! I even managed jump squats for the whole 45 secs - not sure my legs will thank me tomorrow!

the minute i saw the video I was ready to work out. i have done it. yes it was great. I sweat a lot. Actually I do only HIIT, but this workout was like a hiit. Now I do a strength training forBut and Thigh. Thank you Kelli
