I thoroughly enjoyed how this went for me. I've been way too depressy and stressy and this flow really helped release all those feelings. I was able to really focus on me for those solid 25 minutes. Thank you Tana. <3

Tana, I'm loving your sessions, they leave me feeling strong, grounded and challenged.

I particularly like how you guide us, in dancer pose, to grasp the INSIDE of the ankle, as that's how I was taught in hot yoga and not many teachers do that.

I just couldn't pull weights today and wanted to stretch but still wanted strength. This was exactly that! I also needed to release some stress and feel good. Sending you so much loving energy for this flow.

This practice is phenomenal, absolutely lovely! The many, many standing splits makes me feel SO strong and challenges my balance. The stretching of them helps my hamstrings, and LOVED the hip opening postures that also helped stretch my quads. One of my faves, love it! Thank you so much! 🙏💖
