I am by no means a dancer, I actually often laugh at my dance moves because they can get so silly 😅. I was a little nervous making this video for that reason, but I honestly just had fun with it, and it turned into something that was a blast AND burned calories. This is the first workout video I've even done where I actually enjoyed the instructor from start to finish. I absolutely adore your personality and appreciate there's no cliche, aggressive pep-talking, just emoting with your expressions. I also TRULY appreciate you prepare us for the next step so we have a chance to wrap our minds around it. For people like me with little coordination, that was incredibly helpful. This is a life-saver for me. No joke.

I've been doing your low impact walking workouts for a few weeks now and love them so much; so doable and effective and leaves you with no excuses! Even my 3 year old is obsessed and keeps asking me "mommy lets essersize"...<3

The wiping sweat under the glasses REALNESS. I haven't worked out in forever (postpartum and a little lazy) and this was the perfect amount of workout. I am sweaty and messy but not dead. Feeling motivated to get up in the a.m. and workout for the first time in the longest just to do it again 😊💪

I am so grateful to you Jo!! I've started working out at least three times a week with you, and I don't dread it- I can't say I exactly look forward to it, but for me, that's revolutionary. I have fibromyalgic, chronic fatigue syndrome, IBS and a whole host of other mental illnesses, so exercise is SOOOO key for my wellbeing, plus I've been in recovery from an ED for years and any weight gain is a trigger for me (or loss, for that matter). With your workouts, I've been able to maintain my weight and I feel better with my physical and my mental illnesses. Your moves are easy and your workouts are totally doable for anyone, and I feel so much less worried about my long term health knowing I"m doing cardio 3+ times a week now like I should. I love your positivity, I love your encouragement, I love how accessible you make this for everyone and I absolutely the variety of videos you've got! I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see more 25-35 minute workouts and please, more EDM!!!! ALL my love and gratitude to you!!! You're truly changing lives.
