Stretch from head to toe after a long day with this 15 min full body flow.

Welcome to Day 19 of the Evening Yoga Movement! After a long day, it's time to stretch and relax with this evening yoga flow. We'll begin seated with some neck releases before moving down into our shoulders, chest, spine and legs.

This is suitable for all levels and you won't need any props. We'll get into poses like butterfly, head to knee and pigeon pose.

I feel like you'd want to know that earlier in the day that I did this video, my three-year-old niece found and unrolled my yoga mat, so I asked her if she wanted to do some yoga and led her in a couple simple stretches. She asked to "play yoga" several times for the rest of the day :)

This is by fsr my favorite one so far! Specifically the pigeon pose sequence. 2 years ago when i firat started this challenge i was inna bad relationship where my ex took my ability to do pigeon pose (my favorite pose to do). He hit me in my right hip a lot and i had a major 2 or 3 degree contusion that limited my mobility. Prior to that i had been with you for almost 2 years since covid and really gaining traction in my yoga. And thoroughly loving it.❤ however after that night i couldnt do it.. not for several months. But then i tried a little and cried when i couldnt do what i could prior to it. So yoga became hard and brough in bad memories and feelings...

2 years later here i am back and doing yoga regularly again. Starting back up with the same exact 30 day challenge that i never got to finish. I am beyodn thankful to be finally able to do the pigeon pose again after all this time abd finally able to beging loving yoga again.

Thank you Kassandra. Thank you so much for being my yoga teacher and for keeping these videos up abd going so that i coumd come back. Im still not where i was 2 years ago before that night. But i am finally healing and finally feeling like myself again fully. Yoga is a HUGE part of that❤

#GoodEvening. I recently discovered your bedtime yoga videos and it has seriously been life changing. My body thanked me immediately even on the first day. At day 19, I feel so great and want to continue this daily practice. I feel so much better in my body and my spirit.
Pre-pandemic, I used to go to a studio once a week and then, as we all know, routines and everything changed. I fell out of practice. As a parent of 2 kiddos (like many other parents) I find the hardest thing about keeping my practice is finding the time for myself. After they go to bed, I do your yoga challenge. It is perfect that I can start these videos any day at the time that works best for me, just before bed. And the 15 minutes is the absolute perfect amount of time to do every night. Thanks so much for this beautiful yoga challenge. You are helping so many of us to be better physically, mentally, and spiritually. Namaste. And thanks again.
