With ice baths it's better if you get in the surrounding temperature water, and then add all of the ice so then your body can adjust with the temperature and it has the same result as jumping straight in except your body won't go into shock 😂

Im 13 years old . Im 160 + cm probably 165 or smth and i weigh 72 kgs . I can do about 20 push ups and around 30 sit ups . My ps in push ups are 36 and sit ups are about 40 . Is my health ok or do i need to reduce my weight . Gaining muscle is easier for me tho
