I turn 60 in September. 4 years ago my testosterone was 767. As of yesterday, it was 370. Slashed in half in 4 years. I dropped 45 lbs. in 15 months and kept the weight off. I have been on a CPAP for years. I was about 210 lbs and waking up with a headache and sore throat from snoring and not breathing. I did a sleep study and I was having an event almost every minute. I'm down to 155 lbs now and still on a CPAP, but I might have 1-2 events an hour and CPAP pressure has been cranked way back from a hurricane force to a gentle breeze to keep my airway open.

CPAP works great if people use them but many don’t. There are other alternative to wearing a CPAP. I’m a dentist and we fabricate oral devices that work well for mild to moderate apnea. There is also a surgical device called Inspire that has been effective. With all of that said, CPAPs work great if you can use it.

Great info, but gotta agree with the others… that onesie looking outfit with the knee over knee pose in that weird chair… all very hard for brain to process. This might also be the first health vid I’ve watched with a bar in the background.

Any time it’s nice and warm outside. I head out for a 4 mile walk! Here now in Pennsylvania it’s 56. I eat healthy everyday. Eggs . Cottage cheese blueberries. Toothpaste? I don’t swallow .
