I would definitely try to look into some of these foods. Ensuring that my testosterone stays high is important. Yet I'm also trying to lower my bad cholesterol too. Yet I would love to get to the point of having the physique of a powerlifter or strongman. However, time and money make it tough even if I hit the gym 2-3 times a week and consume fruit, nuts, beef jerky, and greek yogurt after working out.

Loophole: Avocado & raw honey. BETTER test increase. Anchovy, WILD tuna, salmon, paired with eggs(mine is QUITE low.) & beef...Attempting to raise test levels with raisins for boron (3 mg per 100 g)& walnuts for omega 3 boost of 9000 mg per 4 oz serving after TOTAL FAILURE workout.(Walnuts are HIGH fat.
