What I do to boost my testosterone
1. 8-9 hours of sleep
2. Eat boiled eggs, fat meat and raw vegetables
3. Swim 2 km every day (1 hour in the pool)
4. Walk 5 km every day (45 min)
5. Nofap
6. Take dietary supplements for stress management and multivitamins
