I eat beef liver for breakfast. I just cook it in a pan and I just put a little seasoned breading on it. And I’ll have like 2 eggs and an avacado with it. I’ve been eating that like 2-3 times per week. You can get beef lovers that come in a clear bag and you get like 5 individually wrapped slices of beef liver. It’s ready to cook. You can get cheaper packs but you will prob have to trim a little fat off and they will come with a lot of blood and just a messier situation. Chicken livers are a good move too but you will have to trim them a lot. Just put a handful in a bowl on the sink and trim them with scissors under some cold water. That’s how to it. The chicken livers are very cheap. I get those white plastic 1lb containers for $2 at Walmart or Hammafords. They were like $1.50 before the pandemic. Literally the most nutrient dense food you could possibly buy for that little bit of money. 1 or 2 servings of beef livers 100% covers your micronutrients for a week. And those nutrients are so much more bioavailable than taking a multivitamin.

Eating raw eggs is not recommended because they barely digest when uncooked so most of the protiens go to waste . Dont believe everything you see om the internet guys

Try this man, cow beef liver + flour w/msg or salt and peppar. Crack 3 eggs as bater, put liver in egg than flour, than egg than flour again, cook on low medium heat 12 min each side. Than 1 min each side depending how crispy you like it. From Moldova with love, Nazdarovya.
