It would be nice if you mentioned which age group are you sending this message to. I don’t say that you are wrong, but those three things ain’t going to do lot for guys above 35 . With unhealthy past even the guys between 28 and 35 are not going to see big difference . Main reason is all the other stuff which are stoping or slowing down our testosterone production . Avoiding Plastic on Long Term would do difference to, but on the long run . If you already have low testosterone at 30, there is no way to lift it up without natural supplements in short period of time, because you need that testosterone in your best years and not at 60 . And we should not forget that testo lvl now and Testo lvl for 100 years are at average 60% lower . That means that you need to do 60% more effort just to annulate all that bad stuff to which we are exposed now

Lifting heavy weights, does it have to be those 3 exercises? Can squats, push-ups, sit-ups, bicep curls, jogging, pull ups increase testosterone?

Amazing (at least for me) how #2 and #3 are so tightly related. Pro tip If you still like to drink: drop the beer and go with a nice triple distilled hard booze (like vodka) and add to a no carb fizzy water. The carbonation (as does the carbonation in beer) will help escalate the alcohol consumption rather than straight spirits alone. 💪😎👍
