I am now on my fifth day. I do not diet, but I add healthy foods to my diet. After lunch I do cardio and after dinner I walk for 25-30 minutes and I really benefit beautifully, thanks emi 💘

I finished the week and lost 4 kilos, but I would like to lose another 4 kilos so I will continue for a second week.

Day 1 ✅ : I was sweating so badly felt lots of burn, did not give up and finished !!

Day 2 ✅: Felt like giving up at every step, little sweaty also was lacking a lot but I still finished it

WE GOT THIS REMIND ME FOR UPDATES !!

I completely forgot about this mainly because I was moving across the world but would you guys like me to start again and see where it goes? ( I won’t forget this time but reminders would definitely give me motivation 💕)

No wayyy!!! I was thinking that I will find some cardio/hiit workout to do tomorrow and Emi uploaded this video??? This is the nicest surprise I didn’t know I expected :) and thank you Emi for your workouts. I now have abs lines and my body is pretty toned that I never thought it could be :)

hi, i started to do this workout yesterday (10th Sep. 2024) and i will update every time i finish it!
My current weight: 55, 8kg
I do this workout when i get home from school.
Day 1: Very tired and i was panting a lot 😭 exhausted but i believe it will work!
Day 2: nearly passed out 😭😭 It was very very exhausted.
Fun fact: when i finished the workout, i had to lie on my mat for 20 mins to get less tired so i could stand up 😭

I’m doing this so I’m gunna share my results
Day 1: ✅ i Feel good but sore, my end goal is to have a slim waist and abs
Day 2:✅ i did go kinda slow today my legs are sore from yesterdays workout
Day 3:✅ I lost 2 lbs. I’ve been eating healthier and doing this workout and I feel my abs a little bit
Day 4:✅
Day 5:✅ I went to soccer conditioning testwrday and I couldn’t finish the workout bc I’m sore but I did halfway
