Lately, my attention span has been quite short, and I find that I get bored with longer workouts. Still, I need to get my 1 hour + of Cardio/Strength training in every day. My solution has been to combine shorter workouts together back-to-back to equal 1 hour. Thank you for these shorter videos!

Few weeks ago i tried this workout but i could't complete it. Today i completed it without pushing myself too much💪🏽 It's really good to see improvements and that's how i feel motivated... Thank you for the video🙏🏼

they make these workouts look so easy, and then when I do it I feel like my knees are going to break lol but i love this channel... they are challenging but beginner friendly.

Anna, you ROCK! Wow. However, I think you need assistants who are better at showing modifications for you, and as mentioned before, better form. I'd like to apply for that job please. I am a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer and would LOVE to be your "fitness helper". :) Great workouts! 👍🏼
