If someone had told me in November last year that I would be doing and ENJOYING 20 minute workouts, followed by toning exercises, I would not have believed them. Thank you Lucy, your exercises (and encouragement) have given me my fitness back ❤️

Oh this was yet another great workout! I am 70 with torn meniscus in both knees (no surgery-healed it naturally with core exercises) and I so appreciate the low impact versions. And Princess made me smile and chuckle, she is adorable! Such good energy!!! Thank you Lucy!!!!

Hey Lucy~ After all this time, you continue to amaze me with your creativity in all aspects of training. I love all three phases right there (thank you for including a warm-up and cool-down), the preview of the next move with clear instructions so I know exactly what do do, interesting moves, no equipment, high and low impact so I can scale my daily workout, and filmed so I can see it all easily. In 20 minutes or less. And I get great results. That’s why I have worked out with you since I found you in my YouTube feed several years ago: no one compares.

I've been doing this work out like for more than a yr 4 times a week and I've gotten more results than being in a gym. I sometimes combine with 5 min like for more stomach and that's all you will ever need.👌🧜🏻‍♀️

This was my 2nd time doing this one. Love the moves, timing, calories burned (2300 steps + 451 cal burned for me) AND kitty stretch at the end! Adorable!!

A recent convert to your workouts, I love that you include a warm up and cool down, you don't have to fumble around to find these on another video. Also the fact that these can be done in a really small space, and you never waver from that, it's brilliant. I started with the really short ones and have now progressed to the 15-20 minute ones, mixing up high and low impact and hopefully will be able to do high impact all the way through soon. These are great and really make you want to continue and improve, because they are achievable, for everyone. Thank you.

I was not sure I could do this 20 minutes at once but decided to try and break up the workout if needed. I was happy I was able to do the whole workout - prior to heading off to work early in the morning! . this was a great workout and I felt proud that I did the whole thing with your expert guidance. THank you Lucy! Also love seeing. your precious cat family!!

8ve been doing your videos for over a year and I thought I'd mix it this morning and do this one.... GOD THIS WAS TOUGH! I really enjoyed it. I made it though it and know I've achieved something today. Will try and keep this up for the week and see how I get on.

Wonderful workout--my energy is really flowing after this! I did a mix of the high and low moves (can't do too much jumping) and it was perfect. Love seeing your kitty at the end, so cute how she was lifting her paw like she was saying, "Mom, is this how you do it?" 😺

Good morning Lucy ❤. I off work today and so I could fit in a longer work out. This ticks all the boxes, heart pumping with brain working too!. This really is an excellent work out 👏. I noted my comments on here previously and I think I may have improved my overall fitness as I wasn't so out of breath like before 😂😂. Thank you for all your help and hard work. Loved this workout. Normally I would do the harder version but I twisted my ankle on Sunday and could not face exercise for 2 days!! so as I am doing the February challenge I had to do days 6 and 7 on the 8th day, I will do the 8th later today. So, I went between hard and easy versions and had a great workout. Loved the cat stretches
