I'm 115KG at the moment, and started walking everyday as well as cutting my calories. I've also been following along with this workout, it takes a lot out of me, and I need to take breaks every now and then, but it's doing amazing things for me. Thank you <3

Just 20 mins and Done. No driving to gym. I'm a bit of a sweaty mess but it feels great! No way I would have done burpees and sprinters without motivation! Thanks Coach Kozak and Claudia! I really appreciate the quality material you put out!

I totally forgot to comment the other night after doing this, but as sore and as tired as I was, I wanted to do this workout so bad I told myself that nothing and nobody is going to tell me what I can or cannot do, and nothing and nobody's going to stop me. Well, I have to say this workout is a beast. Since 27th Jan I've been doing everyday 1Tabata workout + 2x20 pushups, 2x30 sit ups.
The 14th of Feb I found this workout, tried it - loved it.
The first and second time I did this workout I was sore as f*ck.
Now I'm gettn' into it and we'll see how it is going to look 20th July.
Already around 3, 5kg less without keeping some sort of diet, just around 1500kcal-2000kcal + at least 2litres of water daily. Since I'm still growing and was pretty muscular in the past
it does look so much more than when you hear the amount of kgs I lost.
Hope this is going to motivate some1. Thanks HasFIT!

This was an absolutely amazing workout! Totally kicked my butt! Those ballistic push ups were on a whole different level! 😳 And that 1 minute plank at the end just did me in. All i could do was collapse and try desperately to breathe when it was all over. You two deliver great workouts. I'm so glad I found you!
