Took a break from working out to try and heal my relationship with exercising in general and I’ve found that Pilates are perfect for my needs. I love how Pilates offer mindfulness within each exercise. Thank you for this video! I’ll be back tomorrow 😊

was NOT expecting pilates to be this challenging definitely gna start incorporating this into my weekly workouts until this is as easy as u make it look wow

I am 72 and pretty fit but it's harder now to do cardio because of stress to knees and feet. Pilates is wonderful and you are so careful and methodical I don't feel like I am stressing or injuring my body. I love mixing and matching your workouts. Thank you!

just tried this, I am 16 and I used to be a dancer, I can really say that this really is a good workout! I loved it, going to do it every day together with my 45 min run !

I have been doing this workout every single morning for a month and it has been so invigorating. I started waking up earlier and have much more energy and excitement to work after doing the exercises. Thank you so much Lottie!

This is my first pilates exercise i started doing and i can say it’s one of my favorites now. i don’t do any other core workouts anymore this covers everything i feel so good!!

I really enjoyed this workout! I left feeling motivated, strong and accomplished- also I could keep up, the exercises were just the right amount of challenging that I had to push and focus while not constantly needing to take breaks! Thankyou, so many times I finish other workouts feeling like I didn't actually work anything or I feel defeated because it was to hard/Fast.
