30 Minute Bodyweight Bootcamp Workout | RESULT - Day 5

No equipment needed for this bodyweight bootcamp! Join me and text a friend to start this one with, you all are going to love it! I had a ton of fun with it and I know when you're done you'll be so proud!

Today's workout has 30 second work periods and we will move from 1 exercise to the next for 3 exercises before we rest. This workout will focus on the same muscle group or body part for a circuit of 3 exercises and you will complete 3 rounds of each circuit.
You will be able to see progress through showing your strength and cardio combined in our power moves and tempos and showing your muscular endurance in the iso holds in between. Be comfortable with lowering your weights for our power exercises to a medium challenge weight (not your max but not without challenge) so that you can last with proper form while your muscles work with higher intensity. Remember bodyweight is also an option!

The Exercises:
1. Squat to Lunge
2. Lunge hops
3. Squat hold

4. Inchworms
5. Push Ups
6. Plank Hold

7. Sit Up and twist tuck
8. Seated twist
9. V-sit hold

10. Bear Crawls to
a. bear crawl hold to
b. elbow drop hydrants
c. to side plank to side plank

11. Burpee Freeze Call out

DONE is an understatement! This was the mother of body weight wkouts! I thought my bear crawl was my strongest, but Sydney showed me there is MORE ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT! THANKS SYDNEY!

What an amazing finish to the week! Anyone else feel like they work harder on body weight days? Is it just me or are these ones tougher? 🤔 Feeling amazing after that and proud of myself for completing another week with Sydney and my squad! Great work this week everyone! Does this make sense: I did not particularly like this workout, but the WAY in which I don't like it tells me I need to do it more often! It feels good to be done, and I am going to find a way to do this as an add-on to other workouts. Also, today I am grateful that at 59, I'm still able to workout.😄
