For those who are asking, when it comes to exercise and pregnancy, if the mom-to-be was physically active before getting pregnant, it is very likely safe for her to remain active during pregnancy. Basically, expectant moms should keep doing what they’ve been doing and slow down and modify their workouts as needed. While it's usually OK to stick with a modified version of an existing workout routine, if you’re are pregnant be sure to consult with your doctor before starting something new.

Woo! I did it! Tried it a couple weeks ago and it was too hard so I stopped. Last week I committed to 5 days a week at 30 minutes. Today is my 8th work out day and I did really good! I even did none or very few modifications! Thanks for a great workout!

What a sweet workout!! I wasn’t drenched in sweat but know I did something good for my body. I don’t need to be jumping around every single day with HIIT or crave an intense unforgiving burn, this workout was perfectly easy-going self love!!

I LOVED this workout. I liked how there were three different levels to follow so that you don't push yourself too hard. As I am currently studying for my Certified Personal Trainer exam, it is really nice to see coaching for multiple fitness levels at the same time. Anna, you always do such a great job of motivating and being encouraging. You were the inspiration I needed to start learning the skills I need to also have a career in fitness and health. I've seen people in other videos complaining about the videos not being long enough and stuff. Don't forget she is PREGNANT ! She still upload videos and do the workout that are effective for non-pregnant person and people are complaining. Have some consideration for her ! She is doing the best she can, don't just think about yourself but abour HER and HER BABY !! Don't ask her to do workout the same intensity from her previous videos. For pregnant women, these 9 months (if she keeps doing exercise throughout her entire pregnancy) would be great for them. Workout that are okay for them and for us ! Please think about Anna, and stop asking for too much. This channel is great !

Really a 20 ish minute work out. The cool down was around 5 min + and the warm up around 3 min or so. Definitely less cardio intense than other Anna work outs which I appreciate on certain days!
