I've been doing the same 3 Lita Lewis/SELF videos since March of 2020, and I truly don't know where I'd be without them! This has been my saving grace (outside of running and yoga) since gyms closed and, along with basically memorizing everything Lita says, I've gained so much strength in muscles I didn't even know I had. Thankful for this YouTube channel, and Queen Lita!

Reese just looked unphased through anything and everything. Just a big smile on him and never out of breath.
Same with Lisa. She's literally commentating as she does all modifications and never gets out of breath

I’m loving these workouts. I would suggest watching the videos first so you don’t waste time during the workout trying to learn the moves.

Done her workouts for a week now when I started out it was rough my legs were sore and my back would even ache this made me realize how unfit I was I have been consistent and at the moment I have no pains, can’t wait to see the results in a month or so, love the way she instructs
