I remember as a kid we would sprint in place for ten seconds then hit the deck doing ten pushups then back up

I like this version...easier on my knees. Might take a little longer to complete - at least I can finish my reps.

Ahhh my gym teacher would make us run in place and then yell down. Hold the push up position for however long he wanted, then we go back up and run more XD
