FULL BODY DAY WARM UP

Simple & effective -
we are not skipping the warm up in 2023 family and I’m here to help 🤠

Try this before your next full body workout👇🏼

5 minutes: 60 seconds per exercise

1. High knees
2. Open rotation push-ups
3. Lateral Lunges side to side
4. Squat 1 + 1/2
5. Spinal Roll (down dog up dog)
