It worked! Your post on Facebook brought me here. I have started doing these moves regularly with different instructors' posts. I will be further motivated seeing your videos and posts. It's one thing I've finally learned, keep moving, regularly. Especially as we get older it's vitally important and especially if you have medical issues like high bp and high cholesterol which i have.

I'm 1.5 years post herniated disc surgery. I was taught after surgery to guard my back. I didn't bend, I squatted at best. My core was stronger but not super much. My low back pain, right hip pain, and bi-lateral knee pain came back. I've gained 15lbs making me about 35lbs overweight. New PT guy is teaching me to MOVE, BEND, LIVE. I still have hip pain but I'm determined. I did Petra's first Ab and Cardio workout. I did Thank you so much Petra for making this doable. I'm on my way to a new and heathier me. I'm 67 and I'm not over yet!!!❤ And as a bonus, my husband did it with me, woohoo!

day 1 I did it. I am 67 years old. Never too old to keep moving I do leg band exercises and weights for my arms. I am learning I need to keep moving. I found you on a Facebook post. thank you f0r doing this for all of us.

These workouts are great, thank you! I haven't been able to exercise in years due to chronic joint pain, but I was able to complete this routine (although not at your pace) and 5 Mins seem achievable enough to get into a daily habit. ❤

Thank You! I had always been active and since menopause and a significant hip injury I have struggled to get back in shape. Most videos started at a level that was too difficult and it further discouraged me. I just finished your day 1 3 minute workout and it is perfect! Looking forward to day 2 and progressing to your more advanced instruction.

I am so glad I found these. Not only am I a beginner and these don't require phenomenal amounts of coordination, but I am also a trucker. These are the first videos I have found that I can do inside my truck in the limited space I have. It is maybe 2ft by 3ft and these work perfectly. Thank you.
