Ha ha ha ha my hip is so frozen that I can't even, sit, stand, or walk. No one with a frozen hip can even make such movements, let alone get on their knees. I can't.

Which leg do you extend in the extended leg movement the fr🥶zen one or the g☺️☺️d leg?

Never in my life have I been able to breathe in any prone position. Each time I'm somewhat forced to go in that position, my lungs automatically block themselves, same when I'm bending forward.
Also, I think that my hip sockets are extremely limited: I can walk fine (flexion and extension), but any slightest lateral movement, internally or externally, is absolutely painful. I'm worried that if I somewhat force, even for just a bit, my hips beyond their already limited range of motion, I might break them, and never being able to walk again...
I'm not looking to become the next Usain Bolt or John Cena; all I want is to convince my hips that it's OK to move laterally. I don't care how long it's going to take, but I also don't want to live with it for the rest of my life.

You can't do exercise #1 with a frozen hip.

This is reidiculous nonsense. Who, with a frozen hip, could even get into the starting positions. Think again
