I did your exercises for plantar fasciitis and it cleared up completely! I can’t tell you the relief as I couldn’t walk for the pain. Then I overdid it climbing a really steep incline and nxt day it was as if I’d torn something in hip & groin. Consulted your exercises again and am slowly healing. Thanks guys - you’re truly amazing!

These are great exercises and began reducing hip pain from day 1. One important point left out when doing the hip flexor stretch is that the front knee should never push forward past your front toes. It's being demonstrated perfectly, but still in practice, it's easy to lunge forward past the toe if one isn't watching out for that.

I’ve been experiencing pain in my right hip after working out on my Nordic Track skier. It was painful enough to wake me up. I watched this video & felt instant relief! Many Thanks to you both.❤️

Excellent video gentlemen! Recent xrays show. There is no fracture or destructive lesion.
There are bilateral degenerative changes with joint space narrowing, greater on the right. Possible pincer-type femoral acetabular impingement bilaterally. Bilateral hip degenerative changes with possible pincer type femoral acetabular impingement. Just tried your 1st exercise and am already feeling relief! 2nd exercise really caused my L hip, on the outside of hip to hurt. 3rd exercise . absolutely felt great! Will be continuing these exercises, as my PCP would like me to see an ortho surgeon. I'm not onboard with that, unless after a month of these exercises, I'm not seeing improvement. I worked as a PT Technician for 21 years at an OP Clinic at our local hospital. And I learned an remembered a lot, but appreciate you guys, you are solid, and are masters at your craft. Thank you so much!! I was having difficulty walking and was told I have a complex tear in my right knee meniscus which I knew. Being 67 years old, I also have mild arthritis in my right hip. So I did the exercises and it made a huge difference in my gait, I can walk normal again. I feel great!! Thank you again.
