My PT prescribed this for neck pain. Between this and externsl rotation for shoulder issues, I now have great posture! No more rounded shoulders.

What if your elbows and nuckles can not reach back to the wall can you keep doing exercise until you get them against the wall, I think it's because my posture is so bad, the more I do the exercise the closer they seem to get to the wall

I try it sitting down to much pain standing up on those knees.I am 65 can do as much now.

I thought you had to complete each rep with you’re entire back in contact with the wall? It seemed like your mid-back still had a gap

I don't mean to be that guy but, you're not demonstrating it correctly. You aren't keeping your abs tucked and your lower back pressed up flat in line with the rest of your spine. As far as I'm aware, that is the proper form.
