This 7-minute routine includes the perfect warmup exercises! You can do this quick warmup before your workouts, stretching routines, or just to get your body moving!

It is a super quick workout that targets the entire body so you can warm up all your muscles before jumping into a workout!

No equipment is needed!

It's important to warm up your body before workouts to slowly increase blood flow in your muscles. A warm-up might also help to prevent injuries during your workout by preparing your muscles for it.
