So even though these were awkward for me to do, I tried it and did them to the best of my ability, just went for a run and I feel great. This pre workout definitely helped with my run. Appreciate your time for making this, it was very well explained, wasn't dry and good information. Certainly gonna use this always.

That's like an entire work out for me.. I feel like I'll have to do a pre- workout just to be able to this. Can't even do a push up 😂 Do you have a beginner version of this? lol

Thanks lady, This is a nice addition to my run warm up playlist Thanks! I totally sympathise with your knee knocking too, I have felt with that too occasionally, so its nice that you mentioned it and also that doing the right strength training and stretching and help overcome any instability/weakness/natural gait issues.
