These 7 minute stretching exercises can be done at home ideally after every workout so that you can cool down your full body properly. These stretches are amazing for flexibility and relaxation after workouts. You can do them at night or in the morning!

Stretching after your workout is very important because you want to cool down your body and bring your heart rate down slowly after working hard. You only need a fast routine to help your muscles relax and recover. This is also great to avoid your body to get tense and increase flexibility.

I like to do these stretching exercises in the morning, after a workout and at night before bed because they help me relax and practice my flexibility at the same time in only 7 minutes! If you have more time at home, feel free to keep going or hold the stretches for longer so that your full body gets into a deeper stretch!

The second exercise was the real enemy out of ALL, I swear, I be vibrating like a Nokia, especially my legs were raised and they were madly shaking that I almost panicked at first but then I fix my composture and focused on my breathing. Thank you for this!
