I've seen this video last year (22yo) and started doing some of these. Now, I'm 23yo and I gained 1 1/2 in. This means a lot to me bcoz even most believe that you are done after the age of 19 but look at me now, I still grew an inch and a half after the age of 22.

Hey y’all I wanna tell y’all this dude is the realest guy there is he’s helped me grow tremendously both in height and in other aspects I was 6’3 and a half at 17 when I started following your tips and Ofcourse it’s a very great height but I wanted to play basketball and I used these methods I got my vitamin d from the sun since it’s very sunny where I live and currently 19 and 6’7

I’m 6’3 1/2 and just turned 15. Dad is 6’2 and mum is 5’8. Doctor said I could be around 6’5 to 6’6. Really wanna reach 6’7 6’8 so thank you for the videos

I’m 5’4 and I’m 14 almost turning 15. It’s a pain in the ass to be this short. Especially if you are in the basketball team like me. My dad is 5’4 and my mom is 4’11. Both of my parents are very very short. My cousins in my moms side are over 5’9. My little brother is 5’9 and he is only 14. I wonder how tall I’ll be when I’m a full adult. I’m hoping to aim to be at least 5’8 or taller. This will give me a lot of confidence and will make me feel secure.

About the fasting video could u go in dept about things loke

-how to do it
-when you should exercise during the day while fasting
-when we should take our supplements
-how much free time do we have in the 8 hour window
-should we be feeling hungry while I’m the 16 hour window and should we never feel hungry while in the 8 hour window
-what do u suggest we eat for breakfast lunch dinner like vegetables for dinner or a super heavy amount for dinner while a light lunch

Also been doing most of these 1 inch in two weeks thank you 🙏🏽

I've heard excessive resistance training tightens your muscles, which can impede the bones from growing longer, but it also boosts growth hormone. However, overall is resistance training a promoter of height? Not that it matters to me, I'm 27 and 5'7.5" and I think I messed up my full height potential when I was 17-18 due to intense dieting and bad sleep
