I love that people think other people get taller just by hanging/stretching. Many of these people are otherwise well-educated adults who have certainly gone to high school or college, where they learned biology that said height is genetic, and little influence from external sources will affect one’s final stature.

The audio is somewhat correct tho. Im 5'11. I got in a car accident at 19 n messed my back up, n went to a chiropractor for like 2yrs, focusing on my neck as well. N when i tell u i literally grew over an inch, cus ppl dont realize just how bad their posture is until its fixed🤷‍♀️ prior to that, its not like i could push my body straighter to get taller, it just wasnt possible. But the way the chiro literally adjusts and straightens ur spine literally lengthens u💯 and 2-3yrs after stopping i was back to my original height (i didnt complete the program n still have back problems) and im now closer to 5'10 bcus my back has gotten even worse, and again, i cannot just straighten out n get taller on my own😂 my spine has legitimately just un-straightened. Its been like 13+yrs since my accident tho, n also its not like im a hunch back😂😂 it looks like im standing straight/normal, but my spine n neck just arent as straight as they should be
