TIPS FOR EFFECTIVE RESULTS:
— perform for 3 times a day; morning, afternoon, evening.
— drink 8 glasses of water.
— reduce rice.
— drink milk when you wake up and before
sleeping.
— sleep early; sleep duration must be 8-10
hours.
— Eat healthy diet
— Have a good posture

STRETCHES
1:45 wall angel
• 5 times

2:31 y stretch
• 5 times

3:05 reach for the sky
• Hold for 5 seconds every times
• 10 times

3:37 downward dog
• breath in & out 10 times and relax
• Then child pose

4:29 shoulder stretch
• push the wall for 30 seconds
• 1 time

4:58 Hip flex/stretch
• 15-20 seconds
• 5 times

5:54 Toe lift
• (lift as high as you can for) 30 seconds
• 8-10 times

after 2 months and a half almost now 169cm!!

1:45 ~Wall Angle
(1:46, Slide up against the wall 5 times)

2:32 ~Y Stretch
(2:35, take one arm and open your chest alternate 4 times a week/few times a day)

3:05 ~Reach the Sky
(3:19, Push through from the hips 2 times a day)

3:38 ~Downward Dog
(3:41, breath in and out 8 times then relax. After that, do child pose. Repeat it 5 times)

4:28 ~Shoulder Stretch
(Push the wall for 30 seconds)

4:58 ~Hip Flex or Stretch
(5:10, do it alternate 15-20 seconds | for alternative version, 5:35)

5:54 ~Toe Lift
(Lift as high as you can for 30 seconds, repeat it 8-10 times a day)

Just to let people know, this does work. I did this unintentionally lol I’m already quite tall so I actually didn’t want to get taller BUT my posture isn’t great and I also wanted to improve my flexibility… SO I started strengthening my core and pulling my shoulders back more when standing - working on my posture and stretching every single morning. I had my height measured recently and I’m actually 2cm taller… lol so it does work, gravity affects our bodies more than we realise and we often slouch without even knowing - so stretch and you’ll most likely be surprised by the results 👍🏼
