My name is Anna and I’ll be doing this exercise for fun to see if my height will improve 😆 The date today is 5.5.22, and I’ll continue this until 5.12.22 which gives me about a week. I’ll remind myself everyday to do this stretch and you can help me with reminding too! Let’s start :>
Measurements before: 165 CM (5’5”)
Measurements after:

DAY 1: I finished the stretch! I changed the start date from 5.4 to 5.5 to anyone who saw this comment because I didn’t get to finish the whole stretch. I don’t feel much taller though
DAY 2: Oh wow… I may have underestimated this stretch or something. I was hanging out with my friends today and I was towering over them (as usual because Im the tallest in the group) but I felt a little more taller. Also there is a 5’5” mark that I made on the wall and I swore I went past the mark… 😨😨

I'm going to actually update y'all on what happens if i try this stretching routine. I usually exercise for 2+ hours a day so that might also affect this, and I've tried stretching before, and it definitely adds a few inches.

Current height: 156.5 cm
Age: 14.7 years

*Week 1*
Day 1: Done ✅ Pretty easy
Height: 156.5 cm

Day 2: Done ✅ I'm a little sore because I worked my core way more than i should have.
Height: 156.9 cm (Surprisingly)

Day 3: Done ✅ Did it first thing in the morning, felt good
Height: 157 (Damn I'm growing)

Day 4: Done ✅ Today was leg day too so I feel like shit 💀
Height: Still 157 cm, but I feel like I'll grow a lot more because everyone in my family is like 5'8 to 6, and I've got skinny legs.

*I forgot to update cause i had eggjams but dw y'all, i did the Stretches

Day 5: Done ✅Legs pheel liek noodles
Height: 157 cm

Day 6: done ✅

Day 7: Done ✅

Day 8: Done ✅ (Did it twice)
Height: 157.3 cm

Day 9: Done ✅
Height: 157.3 cm

Day 10: Done ✅
Height: still the same

Day 70: Done ✅
Honestly, I've stopped doing this religiously, it got boring. I do stretch before working out though. My height is like 157.5 and I've also turned 15, but I'm sure I'll grow a lot more. I'll never give up on my dream of becoming muscular and tall and rich.

*Y'all, don't forget a few things:*
1. Eat your protein, your body breaks it down into amino acids which helps release more Human Growth hormone (HGH)

2. Sleep at least 7-9 hours a day, it stretches your body and releases more growth hormones!

3. Exercise! Exercise is the BEST way to maximize height growth!

4. Lose body fat, especially around your tummy! It's directly related to your HGH production.

*Note*
•A lot of people online claim that girls stop growing by 14-15, which is pure bullshit since according to several surveys, most women stop growing by 17-19.

Here are some signs that you're still growing:
•Your legs are weak, extremely skinny and look weird
•You're *always* hungry!
•You're always tired and lethargic
•You feel sleepy even after 8-11 hours of rest
*Some of these signs are also indicators that something is wrong, please go to a doctor to make sure you're just growing and not dying.

GUYS.. This workout WORKS.. I never get any results, it's the first time.. I grew 0.4 CM in 4 days! I know this isn't a big change, but it's huge for 4 days! I will update further guys! I am 14..keep me motivated y'all :D

I'll be doing this workout and I'll update!
Starting height: 152 cm
Age: 13
Day 1 - The exercises are not that hard but I felt a bit tired after each one with a little pain ✅️
Day 2 - They were actually pretty fun to do and not that bad and I see a little important ✅️
Day 3 - I really enjoy this workout but I was kinda out of form so I kinda messed up ✅️
Day 4 - Really enjoy those screeches they're so nice! I really see a difference ✅️

I haven't been growing for 2 years
Im going to do this for 1 month

So now I did this for 1 Week and I grew 1cm 🙌 i will continue this and update weekly
So its been a few weeks and now I'm 162cm tall

Age: 14
Starting height: 154 cm

I'm going to start focusing more on this training from today (01.11.23)
Before, I trained a few times, but I didn't write down the frequency. It had grown 1 cm.

Now, let's start counting!

Day 1: ✅ I felt my legs tingle a little and, due to my bad neck posture, some stretches were more complicated.

On the other days until next Sunday (05.11.23) I will not train due to a trip. I will train on Monday and try to maintain my frequency over the next few days.

Day 2: ✅

Day 3: ✅ I practiced it after an abdominal exercise and it was a little more tiring, but I managed it. I almost died, but I managed.

Day 4: ❌ I didn't practice because I didn't have time.

Day 5: ✅ I did the army after some other additional stretches for posture. I feel like I've grown a little, but less than 1 centimeter.

I will start training twice a day from now on.

Day 6: ✅

(I had to go two weeks without doing the exercise because I was preparing for a test.) I'm still going to go back to training, the routine is getting in the way.
