3 Quick Exercises To Start Healing Herniated Discs

preview_player
Показать описание
Healing a herniated disk naturally without surgery is possible by doing the right exercises in a process over time. It may take 1 year or more to heal a herniated disc. These exercises can start you on that process. Eventually, you'll need to move onto more challenging exercise when you're ready.

It depends on what you mean by heal. For some reason when some physio talks about disc issues and says heals, he means symptom relief and removing preasure from surrounding structures. Thats not healed.

Healed is when the disc goes completely or partially back to how it was before the herniation which ia unlikely from what i read

I’ve had a severely herniated disc for 3.5 years now. I’m 27 and it’s completely incapacitating. I lost my job over it. Some days, I can walk, but some WEEKS-MONTHS, all I can really do is lay down and try to exist. What can I do to be free of the pain besides slip and slide??

He has a Youtube channel it is called El paso look it up with that title. This guy has helped me out so much just by showing the exercises that are good for bulging disk and sciatica pain..

I've read all of the comments for this video and almost all of them want a video link to the three exercises. However, the links provided are just text and do nothing and YouTube doesn't allow text to be copied by anyone but the text originator. So, unless one has a really good memory or a pen and paper handy, it's useless info.

Ive had a herniated disc several times now. How do I stop it from happening? I do exercise and it goes at random times, not necessarily when I'm bending. Sometimes I'm just walking carrying a bag

Just experienced what felt like herniation today... something "slipped" with acute pain (surprisingly the pain wasn't excrutiating or anything) and involuntary I dropped the deadlift on my 4th rep of 305 pounds. My first time this ever happened, so feeling pretty devastated.

My question is... when you "heal" from your injury, does the tough outer layer (annulus fibrosus) ever regrow to fill up the hole that the inner nucleus ripped through? or does the hole just remain there? if so, how does the nucleus not herniate further when you exercise?
