This 20 min workout contains 10 very easy exercises that will help burn fat and calories and will ensure results in just a few weeks!

These are all body-weight routines so there's no need for you to leave the house to go to the gym or use any equipment for that matter. All you need is to remain motivated and disciplined to be able to come back everyday and workout!

This channel is a godsend! I've not worked out for years because I always end up injuring myself. I did this routine for the first time this morning, and loved it - it's refreshing to find a routine dubbed as "easy" that actually is doable and doesn't expect you to be an athlete in order to complete it. I've been under a lot of stress all week, I'm thinking about what to do to relieve stress and this video has helped me and I'm actually following it now and I've concluded that we should exercise regularly because it's a great help not only for our physically health but also mentally, it helps to function our brain well.
