Hi my loves! I know how much you've been loving the no repeat workouts and they're starting to become one of my favorite too. If you enjoyed this one, I am doing the July Challenge right now on FORM with 7 days of live workouts every morning at 8:30am PST. thank you for even while growing still sharing fitness with those who cannot afford full memberships and always being so motivating during workouts without mentioning body image or trying to improve our physical over mental state

I stopped working out for like 3 months due to so much mind filling, life stressing stuff, including not being able to afford gym memberships now a days. This was the first work out I came across when I felt motivated enough to put my sports bra back on and
"just do 30 minutes before dinner." I was someone who did Zumba and classes and strength training and I forgot how it really made up a large part of who I was. I laid in chevasana and cried a little after your work out because of how it challenged me just enough to get back into it and made me so happy. thank you. I will keep doing your YouTube videos as you post!

I think this workout was pretty awesome, I didn’t expect to get this sweaty! Some helpful things would be mentioning what proper form is for some exercises because you mentioned watching our form but some may not know what that means. Also pointing out which body part should be where in some exercises could be helpful. You mentioned during the end we should be in a side “situation”, so I think instead saying “your leg should be here and arm should be here” would benefit us to make sure we are doing it correctly. Thanks for the great workout!!

Hi Sami. Happy Saturday from the Uk. I am a Member of the Form community and love every bit of it. I work out to your routines 7 days a week. Was going to take a break this morning as it’s time of the month and felt fatigued. Decide to give this workout a go today. Thank you !! Feel so much better following it today. Much love xx
