THat was such a relaxing and yet challenging workout. I was going to do some yoga after but this workout combined core and yoga stretches which I loved.

That was a great combination of abs and core exercises with a touch of yoga. I really liked that flow. I will put on my top list of workouts, but there are already so many, because Anna always creates such a great content.
