We had some exporting issues with this video but here we are!!! DAY 9! a 25 min ab workout.. we're slooowly increasing duration🤭 You got this!

Just three years ago I wouldn't have been able to last more than 10 minutes.
And now I can complete such a long session... Sorry, but I feel proud of the progress I was able to make thanks to Sophie.

Usually love your videos Sophie. But something was screwed up in editing on this one. The timer track and the video appear to be running at different rates. They start out in sync but by the end of the video the exercise ends 5 seconds before the timer. Then you do a one minute ab hold at the end but timer is only for 45 seconds.
