This is helpful. I can feel it. Only thing that’s helped my anxiety more is gardening but I can’t garden when I’m having a panic attack at a grocery store. I’ve tried tapping but it doesn’t help much and it makes me feel self conscious when I’m in public.

Great personal tip Matt. If I get anxiety, I tend to crave sleep and not worry about life's challenges if only temporary.

This anxiety tip you shared has become an habit for me before realizing it.

there is also in yoga a breathing exercice with 2 finger call pranayama that is very helpful to cool down but not helpful in public :, )
