PTSD many times. they were hoping I would hurt myself. take myself out. they underestimated God's love. I bought myself roses. I enjoyed thejobs I had to get after they falsely accused me at a cushy job. I met disabled people who proved what makes anyone valuable and it is not usually ability. They taught me none of the rejection was my failure. Healing has brought me to the place where the tortures I remember are to me as if they never happened at all, as if they happened to someone else.

I feel so lucky to be able to hear him talk for free anytime I want. I am so grateful for that and this man.

You can't fix everything, so the best and most productive thing you can do is focus on the things you actually can change. I love his teachings, he has an amazing heart

Big Words, can relate 100%, took me 7 months to get out of PTD but without therapy, i were walking corpses by that time, totally clueless 0focus 0 purpose 0 joy - only pain and thoughts, thoughts seeking for explaination, seeking to understand why and IT took me half of a year of overthinking every moment + changing country for another half year to prove myself that im trully a worthy Man that can deal with any obstacle alone on my own. I was bleeding out mentally lying on the ground barely moving and stood up again but i really appreciate that becouse theres plenty of people that want to use you and then bin you without any consequence as if u were empty entity just for them to Play with and i know how to encounter them thanks to that so im wiser and stronger in the end but scars are there.

Something you can only learn to live with, and without. Nothing is worse than losing a person who's not dead and leaving no closure. How do you fix that? You force yourself to learn to live without it. It never settles.

I can’t believe he got through this without bursting out crying.

Dr. Peterson understands so many of the problems people have. Doing a situational analysis as he mentioned, while walking the patient through it, is one of the reasons he is so good at what he does.

Extending kindness to self and others is key here, awareness only goes so far.

Wow. This is so deep. I'm going to take this to heart and ponder on it for a long time.

Been there, done that. We don’t know what we don’t know, until we learn that we didn’t know it. The trick is to learn in anyway possible how to not be so hard on ourselves for the not knowing.
Receiving that clarity and understanding is empowering.

Trying to analyse years of life in light of the ultimate betrayal will never lead to practical learning

We can not destroy ourselves over the ending , perhaps the ending is the blessing, I know just a simply interaction with a neighbor a few feet away { not romantic} I had no idea anyone that age was so messed up so I feel awful, I tried to be a neighbor with a monster, one that lies, steals on an on Rage does not honor Boundaries Damn I thank you again this neighbor admitted yes I treated people this way my entire life, so Dr. PETERSON THANK YOU WE CAN NOT SEE OVER 70 YEARS OF SOMEONES LIFE THEY BELIEVE IS ACCEPTABLE, MY ONLY CHALLENGING DAILY EXPERIENCE IS HOW TO AVOID A MONSTER A FEW STEPS FROM ME, YES LET'S AVOID PITS WALK AROUND THE PIT , DO NOT FALL INTO THE PIT , Thankful Elizabeth
