Sorry if I misunderstood, but is the spring phase during the bleeding itself (I.e winter phase) or after the bleeding is finished?

Criminally underrated. Ive been wishing for a video like this recently!! I dont get how no one realizes how much our cycle affects us. I felt it every month, so im glad theres better science to back it up

Very, very informative! If I were a woman I'd want to master this knowledge and utilize it religiously! As a man it gives me a greater understanding and appreciation for how difficult it is to be a woman.

Would you be able to make a video breaking down each phase further and all of the foods and nutrients you recommend ? And exercise you recommend ?
as well as how to know and feel that you’re in each phase because I struggle to know when I’m in each phase besides bleeding

Hello great video and can see how this was how it was when I wasn’t on the pill, but any chance you have a video or any information for woman who are on the pill (with no break/ no period) and how that has an impact on our cycle? and if we are just stuck in one of the sessions?

Hi, what if you have hipotalamic amenorrea....im stuck in quasi recovery by years because normal bmi 21 but gaining weight but exercise everyday and eating max 2000/2200 cal day count calories because no Hunger cues and no craving food....i only crave fruit ❤ and eat it with prot and fat of course... because 45 years old woman i think its to late for me recovery 😢 anyway thank you sooo much and ciao from Roma ❤
