6 weeks pregnant and quickly realizing I can’t maintain my regular weight training in the gym 5x a week. Now Im switching up my entire routine and incorporating more walking and pilates which is what feels good for me right now. LOVED this workout. Got my heart rate up but do not feel defeated after the workout. THANK YOU!

Thank you so much for making these videos❤️ I’ve always been very active and generally workout 4-5 times a week. However when I’m pregnant I prefer to follow along a video to make sure I’m not overdoing it or doing any exercises that could potentially put baby at risk. I worked out to your videos with my previous pregnancy (my girl is now 21 months old) and I just found out I’m pregnant at 4 weeks today so I’m back at working out with you, which I’m very happy and grateful for🙏🏻✨ Sending love from Norway❤️
