This full body HIIT workout will test your strength and endurance. Our popular PYRAMID format will get your heart rate up while building strength at home! 🔥
✨THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Full Body Workout With Dumbbells (HIIT Pyramid) ✨
► EQUIPMENT: A Set of Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. We're using between 8 and 15 lbs.
► INSTRUCTIONS:
✔️ 7 Exercises
✔️ Performed in a Pyramid Format:
1️⃣ Set 1: Perform move 1 for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest.
2️⃣ Set 2: Perform move 1 for 30 seconds and then move 2 for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest.
3️⃣ Set 3: Perform move 1 for 30 seconds, and then move 2 for 30 seconds, and then move 3 for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest.
⭐️ Continue this stack-on, pyramid format until you complete moves 1 through 7. Then you have the option to go back down the pyramid in reverse order, dropping off move 1, then move 2, then move 3 and so on.

1️⃣ 'Hay Bail Throw' Narrow Squat + Chop
2️⃣ 'Barn Door Openers' Single Arm High Pull + Tap In
3️⃣ 'Pull Starts' Reverse Lunge + Back Row
4️⃣ 'Farmer Push Up' 2 Push Ups + 2 Plank Walks
5️⃣ 'Farmer’s Carry Lateral Shuffle' Lateral Shuffle with 1 Dumbbell Pick Up + Set Down
6️⃣ 'BeefStrong Man Maker' Plank Row + Squat + Curl + Thruster
7️⃣ 'Feed Bag Toss' Seated Twist + Press
