This is a 10 minute upper/lower body exercise routine! This workout will be fun and easy to follow. We will be doing about 2 sets of a full body workout, using hand weights. Options will be shown, so this workout can be for all ages, sizes, and levels. Jenny Fit Start is a fitness channel for active seniors.
