Great video Fitness Blender. Your workouts were top on my go to videos in 2013-2016. I was in the best shape of my life then (83kg). I lost track of my fitness goals from 2017 to 2020 due to change of jobs n environment, gained alot of weight (30kg extra...took me to 113kg) 😓😓 I'm glad to however say that since the start of 2021, l've gotten back on track again...and your old videos that l have saved are still very helpful. I'm now 90kg..and still pushing it. Thanks for all u do and have done for me. I wish you n Daniel will continue to put out more videos and regularly too. Thank you 🙏

I am coming back to exercisising after years of being unfit and quite obese, so excited to get back to exercising with you guys! I used to exercise with FB until I had mu first child, and really missed it.

Great burn out after some indoor cycling. Just getting back on the "workout horse 🐎" after two years of "covid-19 freak out" and mystery health issues. By God's grace I can do this! 💪🏼☝🏼🙏🏼

I've never commented before despite using FB workouts for years, but I have to share how EXCITED I was that this workout didn't include the calorie burned component. I hope this is a new thing! Such a great thing to be challenged physically without being triggered. I've been conflicted about doing these workouts in front of my son since I think the connection between calories and exercise not only detracts from the workout but creates an unhealthy mindset around movement. With this workout, I can let my son watch and I love it! Thanks fitness blender for years of phenomenal workouts and for getting better as the years go by.

Thank you fitness blender I had a buldging disc early in the year. I had to teach myself just to walk again. After it was all said and done PT told me I could start over but not so intense. Fitness blender has helped me become strong again. Stop my workout fears as well. Thank you so much

Great sets for legs, back, quads, etc. Good pace. Very time efficient. Did this on 4-22-23. Was interrupted four times in ten minutes by ads I've seen repeatedly everywhere else I exercise on YouTube, but usually at the beginning and the end whereas today on this site, ads came before, during x1, during 2x, near the end, and at the end. Annoying. I come back and repeat these excellent 10-minute Fitness Blender workouts. If this happens again, i'll go elsewhere, hear that YOUTUBE?
