Woww!! The pain is gonee!!in just 10 min!! I had upper back pain probably because of bad sitting posture..it was hurting a lot this made it diaappear… thank you soo much ❤❤❤

Thankyou so kindly. That worked. I had done an hour weighted workout this morning then this afternoon out on bicycles and if I don't stretch directly after get off bike can tend to get pretty stiff which happened today. But I did a 12 minute all over release stretch routine and then your routine. I love your flow. Thankyou! 😊

Thank you so much. The whole time I was is it even doing anything and by the end, whne I got up the horrible pain had become less. I just have to do this everyday because the pain comes back after a few hours
