Okay my friends, it's time to get in some good old classic strength training! We have a total body strength workout ahead of us today. Using dumbbells for resistance, we're going to be targeting the lower body, upper body and that core - oh yes we're doing it all! Grab those dumbbells and follow along 💪🏻 #homeworkout #strength

Have done so many YouTube workouts over the past 4 years and many are pretty good, but Heather is the best. Keeps me challenged and motivated, is always invigorating. This is what keeps me going through the tough English winter months. A big thanks for all the hard work, it really helps

Thank you Heather for the new, good ol’ fashion strength workout! Loved that it was a 40 minute one too- I understand the 30 minute format, but really prefer the longer strength workouts!

Yay🎉! Thank you angel Heather for helping us to doing it all and feel so energetic all over! I just turned 60 and this certainly validated age is just a number.
