are you ready for an intense 40 MIN FULL BODY CRUSHER WORKOUT, With Weights (I was using a weight plate (10 kg +🔥 5 kg) but you can also use a Dumbbell of course, just be flexible and creative for some of the exercises.

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🤍
▸ time: 40 Min + warm up & cool down on top
▸ equipment: a weight plate, dumbbell or Kettlebell (I am using 10 kg and 5 kg for your reference), a mat is recommended
