I've come to the conclusion that no one knows what the hell they're talking about when it comes to gout.

If you Google "apples and gout", almost all of the entries from doctors and medical facilities recommend apples as a way to control uric acid, contrary to what this video claims. Some note that fructose found in apples are used for eating apples in moderation, but none of them say to avoid apples.

Bloody waste of time. Go to the points first. Do not eat Apple, Peach, Pears, Plum, Grapes, Prunes, Dates. You can say that first, and then provide explanations.

Fruit taken in moderation, increase in water consumption with a few drops of lemon juice and intermittent fasting to reduce weight loss, are key practices to combat the onset of kidney stones and gout.
For me anyway.

I've watched hundreds of videos depicting which foods cause gout. After all this research, I've come to the conclusion that if we never eat anything again, we will remain gout free. So there you have it. Quit eating, ANYTHING, and you'll feel much better.

Thank you, as I cut meat and sugar I have recovered almost completely, but as I eat alot of fruits in replacement of unhealthy meat seafood and sugary processed food, I notice my gout had flared back up and my main to go food was apple. So excessive amount of anything can cause gout, and this video explains it well in detail why my nearly vegetarian body still had rare flares.

100% agree, Apples, pineapples, pears, grapes, dates, fruit juices, papayas, coconut water, watermelons, guavas increases the problems, I'm a uric acid patient since more than 20 years and this is practically verified on myself.

When I start to get a gout flair, I start drinking Dark Tart Cherry juice. I drink 3-4 6oz of cherry juice daily until the flair passes.
I stick close to my gout diet as I try to avoid the flair ups as much as possible.
I have both kinds of gout. The normal one and a very rare form that is in my muscles.
Like most people I get it in my feet and ankles but when I’m having a flair of the other one, it attacks the muscles in my calves.
I feel so bad for others who suffer from Gout.
Thankfully I have a wheelchair that is usually in our garage but when I can’t walk I still have access to get around.
I drink 3/4 to a gallon of water daily.
I LOVE seafood, but I seldom get to eat it anymore.
Salmon, Tuna, is ok and sometimes I get away with eating fresh caught rainbow trout.

It’s like you can’t eat ANYTHING without some detrimental effects!!

You mentioned almonds and walnuts at the end of the video. I just watched a video recently that said almonds and walnuts are bad because the outer layer is very hard for the body to break down, PLUS they create oxalates which can cause kidney stones!
