Fruit. Back before there was candy and artificial sweeteners, there was fruit. Back before there was sin, there was fruit. Somewhere down the line, someone decided that this was the tastiest part of the tree, and it has been a staple of mankind's diet ever since. Some people will swear to you that fruits are a collection of the healthiest foods on Earth. Some will say it's the secret to living a longer life. It's time to take a take a deeper dive into Mother Nature's wonderous treat to find out if she's really been feeding us right. Do fruits really contain the nectar of the Gods, or are they the least essential part of a balanced meal plan? Let's find out.

It would be great if you made a video about protein in general. Perhaps discussing things like different sources (plant vs meat), daily values, protein synthesis, etc

LOVE your tier rankings! My wife and I have been almost binge watching. I have had to make some dietary changes recently and they have really helped me make some good choices. A couple of ideas for future videos: 1) Sweeteners - honey, cane sugar, Stevia etc. 2) Food lists targeted to dietary goals, e.g. weight loss, heart health, liver function etc. Thanks again.

You should make a calendar thing with all your tier lists. I'd totally buy it and put it on my fridge. Or a book with the details for each individual food too

One great aspect of these videos is they serve as a reference along the healthy eating/food prep journey. You can't watch them once and get all the useful information. They help you start learning and help you keep learning.
